Tyler grew up just 20 miles from Jackson County in Lawrenceville, GA and has been a resident of Gwinnett County for 35 years.  For the past 14 years, Tyler and Leah have lived in north Buford just 10 miles from Antioch Church’s target area.

The Lord saved Tyler at a summer camp in July 2000 and immediately gave him a desire for pastoral ministry.    He received a Bachelor’s Degree In Christian Ministry from Leavell College (New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary) and is pursuing a Master’s of Divinity through Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.  Tyler served on staff at NewBranch for five years and has a variety of other ministry experience.   Most recently, Tyler has served overseeing NewBranch’s small groups ministry, assisting in preaching, and assisting in pastoral care.  Since early 2021, Tyler has served as a lay elder at NewBranch.  Additionally, he has been a part of the core group for 2 different church plants.

Tyler and Leah have been married for 16 years.  They have 3 kids- Knox, Payton, and Wyatt.
